I run a build that can cover a person in all dmg. I bring self heal just in case, a party heal, Hex Removal, Conditional Removal, energy management skill, Rez, Seed of Life, Main Healing Skill like Orison of Healing + HB or WoH.

Personally I would make 2 hybrids, but I will stay within the bounds of your build.
Mo #1:
-Life Sheath stinks, you're better off going ZB/or RC considering your other monk is Heal.
-Drop Spirit Bond for SoA (you have too many 10e spells on that bar).
-Drop Rebirth and add RoF.
-Drop Revers Hex (too expensive) and add HV or if you are not comfortable with that go with Remove hex.
Mo #2:
-Go WoH, or HB, glimmer isn't worth an elite spot.
-Drop Dismiss and add spotless soul.
-Drop Word of Comfort (3 heals is 1 to 2 heals too many) Add Heal Party for a party wide heal.
-Healing seed meh. Maybe Vig S. for covering purposes and synergy with Dwanyas.
-If You really want a rez, throw Rebirth on this monk.
Even if you don't make any of these changes please at least ask yourself, why do I have 3 heals on a bar with Glimmer of Light? Glimmer in and of itself is a spam heal fest.

I see a lot of bars carry RoF. As someone new to Monking, would someone be kind enough to enlighten me on why this is a superior skill to have? It appears to only "stop" one attack and heal for that dmg. If an ally was being beaten on by several foes, unless I got lucky and I stopped a big hit, I would think that this heal would only be a small blip on his red bar going down... What am I missing?
Thanks,
Luxx

the 0,25 second cast allows for a quick heal followed up by a bigger 0,75 - 1 sec cast. (WoH or so).
Very good against spikes.
In PvE I'm not a huge fan of it, mainly because you don't need the 0,25 sec cast and you can just jump right to the WoH.
Pre-prot with Guardian and Prot Spirit will buy you enough time to cast the 1 sec heal spells.
